Um... Sort of. The subclass itself isn't what determines orb size. It's the frequency of orb generation.

Na, because I can create 8 orbs as nova bomb and they're all big orbs- but stormcaller really just doesn't clear adds like I'm used to from nova, thus why I don't like the subclass aside from mayhem rumble.

What I mean is each super has a certain amount of big orbs or creates. Then there's a cooldown. If you create more orbs with that super within the cooldown, it creates less, smaller orbs. Abilities (not supers) generally only give small orbs because they're extra.

Oh well, as far as I know I create all big orbs. My brother hasn't played in a while but PuGs I run into during strike spamming usually message me with a "holy crap you kept my super up" afterwards. Obsidian mind doesn't always fully charge my super anymore either- it seems that was nerfed at some point in TTK as well :(. Shatter build for life though :)

Obsidian mind wasn't nerfed. It's how it always was.

I'm not sayin it has to fully charge me anymore, but I can kill a chunk or acolytes (8ish) and only be filled 1/2 way or 2/5s of my bar. It's very odd. It used to be every kill was an "orb" towards your super.
