Let me reword this. For anyone just picking up Destiny: The Taken King, or coming back from a long break I would like to apologize you have now entered a community of whiny children. If you are this late to the game and don't have friends at a high level the chances are is that it will be impossible to do the raid or other end-game tasks because people will not want you.
