shoulder charge and shotguns
you said you were gonna nerf shotguns and you didn't do anything to them besides make them .1 secs slower and it's ridiculous. shotguns should be an in-your-face thing and not snipers. all anyone has to do is get a conspiracy theory-d which requires no effort at all and has rangefinder and another range buff. and a shoulder charge shouldn't be an instant kill, it's stupid. they should have to shoulder charge and then punch them again because it's too fast to even react to half the time unless you have immense luck

1 ReplyPeople are just plain stupid saying shoulder charge is op, what would be the -blam!-ing point ig shoulder charge wasn't a 1 hit kill, please tell me what would be the point of the whole animation (where you are completely vulnerable to a shotgun if you miss) just for it to -blam!-ing work as normal -blam!-ing melee, when you already have one, you talk as if it's impossible to avoid, word of advice keep a -blam!-ing eye on your radar and surroundings.

Trust me when I say that the Titan that has shoulder charged you, has been running for a long while before he or she killed you.

Conspiracy theory d is the most used and abuses shotgun in the game. Specially since they give you the best roll for it. I think bungie needs to just nerf this shotgun. That way maybe others will use the other shotguns. Also would like to see fast pace shotguns being useful.

1 ReplyShoulder charge and shotguns are easy to counter. Don't need any special guns or armor parts for it. Keep an eye and ear out on the motion tracker as well as surroundings. Don't run around with tunnel vision tactics. You tend to get less issues and more kills against these things. Not a hard concept to wrap ones head around.

You have to treat a Striker like an angry bull that you don't want to be in front of. When they approach, evade however possible. Shoulder Charge and Fist of Havoc should make an opponent fear a Titan who can effectively close a gap between themselves and the enemy. Just be glad that Titan skating isn't prevalent... yet. As for shotguns, I think they've finally settled into the place they need to be, although I do still die from absurd ranges to Felwinter's Lie and Conspiracy Theory-D. Gives me a bit of post-traumatic flashbacks
