Will deleting and re-installing destiny delete my characters?
I was wondering this because i had some problems in the past few months.

As Apollo mentioned, the only way to permanently delete a character would be to literally delete the character(s) from the selection screen. Your character data is tied to the account that you play on. Uninstalling Destiny will not affect your progress or characters.

Your characters are stored on Bungie's servers. You could uninstall and reinstall Destiny repeatedly for a month, and they'd still be there.
