Fallen House of Exile...
When Skolas was seeking control over the other Fallen houses why wasn't the house of Exile a target? Is it because the members of this house are actually in exile? I would really like more Fallen story/lore in the game or grimoire about the house of Exile. If you have any links or suggestions for me please leave them in the comments.

Because the Exiles cling to their independence from other Houses. They're less like the other Houses who have a clear hierarchy and more a loose confederation of Barons and Captains. They have no Prime, Archon, and recognize no Kell. It would be costly and futile to try and subject them and resources would be better spent on houses that are more powerful yet vulnerable due to lack of leadership like the Devils and Winter.
