Iron Banner is a Waste of Time
Rank 5 on all 3 characters. Best drop I got was 318 gloves from a rank 5 package. 306 helmet from end of Match rewards. Didn't see a single 320 anything drop for anybody at any time. Looks like I won't be playing this shit anymore!

And I have 9 helmets at 320 from sparrow racing league. Looks like all the stress and anger ppl go through in iron banner doesn't pay off... So much for "earning" 320 gear from multiplayer...

Unfortunately, IB is not a good way to get max gear. It's a good way to get new gear. It seems as 320s drop as fast as they did with the raid without challenge mode, very rare. And with IB only around for a week a month, that's a small window to roll the RNG dice.
