Here's a nifty website that I want to share!
Just put in your PSNid/GT and it should show a quick run down of what you have left to do for the week.
e.g.
https://www.destinychecklist.net/tabs/1/TheGreatNike
It also shows the amount of completion for each mode across all your characters in a quick non-intrusive manner!
It shows also shows tag for when that player was last online and shows tags for grimoire and total time played!
In fact, I put the website as a shortcut using Chrome!
