Paradox mission. Best hiding spot for the first part?
The first part of this story mission usually bugs me. I was wondering if there. Is a really god hiding spot to use to hide while getting attacked by annoying Taken Captains or Taken Phalanx

Step 1: Kill Taken Goblins, because screw those idiots Step 2: Run away from Taken Captain blinding bubble Step 3: Fail to run away from it and crouch behind a pillar, blind and at no health Step 4: Get killed by tracking Taken Centurion orbs. Step 5: Repeat

I think I used a legendary sword in my heavy to handle them. Hiding wasn't something I ever tried, lol. The spot off to the far left from where you initially jump down into the engagement was a place where I dug in and fought the first round or two. But you have to be aware that adds spawn in from the door behind you at that point.

4 RepliesKilling them is much more effective than hiding from them. Have you tried using weapons?

Keep moving, use a shotgun/machine gun/grenades on the majors and your primary on the other adds. It is really not that hard. The only "hiding spot" is on the top right where you used to be able to cheese the hidden-left oracle in VOG. It doesn't serve very well on this mission though because you won't be able to kill all the adds from up there.
