Most difficult exotic bounty in year one?

Everyone says Thorn but I did that the second week and I did ALL of it in 3 hours. >.>

Thorn was a bitch... And I was a Warlock, with Atheon's Epilogue, Praedyth's Revenge and a Void Zombie Apocalypse too.

Thorn, easily. As a hunter using only a void shotgun it was more than a little...tedious.

Thorn bounty was a bitch, especially for a defender titan who didn't have atheons epilogue or word of crota

I did thorn bounty twice and found it simple both times. Did it the first time as my first exotic bounty and then again around the beginning of how.

Pocket infinity, it took 7 months until it finally dropped. After 12 times thorn/invective/bad juju

None of em were really hard. I would say Bad Juju was the longest grind because of the 25 strikes

Do Phogoth on 26 without killing Phogoth until Xyor was spawned on wave 3 and dead. [b][i][u]Invective[/u][/i][/b] - 25 K/D [b]SPREAD[/b]. That's 25 more kills than deaths, without negative being tracked. You could get set back to zero, but it treated it as 0 kills and 0 deaths so you couldn't go forever negative. If you failed this you sucked. Then you dumped your Glimmer into it. [b][i][u]Super Good Advice[/u][/i][/b] - Open chests. Buy thing. Easy. [b][i][u]Pocket Infinity[/u][/i][/b] - The Ghost was hard to find… unless you had the internet. Saving Fusion Rifles before you got the Bounty was a toll on Vanilla Vault space. Getting the fusion rifles to begin with was just more RNG on top of the Bounty dropping. Nightfall kills with Fusion Rifles meant Dreg hunting. [b][i][u]Bad Juju[/u][/i][/b] - Do Weekly Heroic/Nightfall Nexus for an hour straight. [b][i][u]Elder Cipher[/u][/i][/b] - Nuke Skolas. Wait three days. Shoot 34 boss. Shoot ground. Repeat until done. I have to go with: [b][i][u]Fate of All Fools[/u][/i][/b] - It doesn't exist as a Bounty. One guy got the gun for a gift after brain surgery to remove cancer. His wife thanked Bungie for making Destiny, which he used as a relaxing therapy. She didn't ask for anything in return. They gave him his own exclusive weapon. For the hardest Bounty I completed, and I did all of them, I'll say [b][i][u]Pocket Infinity[/u][/i][/b] and the Vault space. Year Two's hardest for me has been [b][i][u]The First Curse[/u][/i][/b], because I keep forgetting to do Field Test Weapons.

Thorn without boosting and then the Xyor the unwed solo. A fine quest

I enjoyed Thorn's, actually. Crucible wasn't a problem as a Voidwalker (did it on my Hunter once FYI) with Word or Epilogue, praedyths revenge and corrective measure. Although I imagine this part would be easier with Mayhem. I ended up doing the Thorn bounty 4 or 5 times just because why not. Always enjoyed helping people on the strike.

11 RepliesI did the Thorn quest on a defender Titan with only a blue shotgun while being level 26. Get on my level.

Edited by TheWayHeWept316: 1/4/2016 3:29:34 PMI guess PI or Thorn. Easiest would be SGA. Personally thought PI was difficult because you needed to get 100 kills during a NF with a fusion rifle and also acquire and dismantle 10 rare or better fusion rifles which took me 2 months.

Thorn with a hunter and nothing but a swordbraker. Second time I did it was with the epilogue.

Thorn that's easy though if you tried to do Pocket Infinity in Nightfalls, that wasn't too much fun either, was easier to wait until right burn Nightfall, or farm first Darkness zone
