Ryker sent out a pulse of white light to repel the shadows.
"Whatever you are you underestimate me."

"On the contrary I know everything about you varying from Angel to the suit's regenerative properties, The marker, and what you have been able to do. The only thing I don't know is what you haven't shown." He pulls out the swords and takes up a defensive stance. "You have always had a will of iron, he admired that in you."
-
Edited by cyberattaq: 1/3/2016 4:33:20 AMRyker strikes his own stance. "Well buddy, then you've got a lot of things coming." Ryker shoots a bolt of pure white light right at his chest.
-
With a scream of pain the bolt melts right through his chest. From the hole Ryker could see a a strange substance dripping down that was not blood. With a shaky breath he recovers and gets back up. "Right right, the light's unpleasant. That won't happen again."
-
"I've been told by many it sucks to get hit." Ryker smirks.
-
"Yes but I wonder how it feels when something similar happens." He pulls the substance from his hear and fires it at Ryker in a similar bolt.
-
It hits and burns through Rykers armor, hitting him in the shoulder, he cries out in pain. "Agh!"
-
"I wonder if this is what fate decreed. You and her the light, Akron and Jay the darkness. And we always suffer ill fates from your hands. Suiting though, we never belonged..."
-
"You could both decide your fate!" Ryker yells as he stands.
-
He shadow jumps in front of Ryker and knees him as he stands up. "This is the fate he chose for me. And it is the fate I choose for myself."
-
Edited by cyberattaq: 1/3/2016 7:43:50 PMHe gets back up, getting his sword again and teleports behind the man, kicking in him the back. "We can change!"
-
As he falls he rolls and stands up to make up for the fall. He turns back to Ryker with a different glint in his eyes. "There is one element that never changes, death. I cannot change that this is my final and true wish. I think that's something we all understand."
-
"So you want to die!" Ryker pulls out Angel again, firing another shot through his shoulder.
-
This time he doesn't flinch as severely and rushes forward. He closes the gap and stabs Ryker in the stomach with his blades. He could feel the darkness inside him slowly eating away at his insides. He lifted Ryker up and threw him off. "Death, is just the beginning."
-
He grunts as his stabbed. Blood leaks from the wound, it slowly heals. He stands. He holds out his hand and a tendril of lighter shoots from his hand, burrowing into the mans chest.
-
Edited by boogeyman333: 1/3/2016 10:25:21 PM"Is that the best you got?" He grabs onto the tendril and begins to pull himself closer into it, the darkness slowly corrupting the tendril. The more pressing matter was how he was getting closer to Ryker as he pulled himself closer.
-
Rykers face is grim as the tendril explodes inside the mans chest. "No. I'm not even trying."
-
The hole in his chest expands further from the detonation. However he seems to have entered a trance. "No. You've never taken things with a serious matter. Become familiar with adversity. You will face it." He filled his hand with a red energy, the kind that Akron used to control blood, and punched it into his chest. With a bloody explosion, he was blasted into pieces splattering blood over Ryker. A small little red orb remained where the explosion was left.
-
Ryker flew back and hit a tree. He stood. He was done. "You don't know me." He stood, the dust gathering around him, something was coming. His suit started radiating light. With a massive blinding blast a massive pulse of searing hot light shot out, destroying any darkness.
-
Instead the light remains. It feels more welcoming than before. Ryker can hear a voice. "Hello? Hello? Test. Good it's working. Hello. My name is Akron Stormbringer." The voice sounded genuinely like Ryker's old friend.
-
He stares into it, stunned. "A.... Akron?"
-
The voice goes on disregarding the response. "Hello. If you are receiving this then something has gone horribly wrong. In the worse case scenario, I am truly lost for eternity. I've been trying to preserve my memories and duplicate myself, to compensate for all the time I lost with my close friends and family. I was storing my memories in a shadow copy, so that when complete would be activated upon my death. Regrettably because you are listening to this, that means that the copy was incomplete, and I died violently while the copy was linked with me, making the copy harbor the same violent nature as my death. This message will be revived as a copy once more again by nightfall. But it is possible to stop this cycle in one way: if it is exposed to someone that does not have any negative memories with Akron, or me. The smallest thing can lead to error, even if they so much as had a small disagreement. I trust you are strong enough to dispatch with the shadow, so perhaps you can do so again, and save the memories before they are truly lost. Make haste, it grows stronger with each death, and it's memories become more distorted as well. Good luck and thank you." The red light then turns back into black, and begins to pulse, waiting for the sun to set.
-
Ryker looks at the shadow figure. "So you're weak to fuzzy thoughts."
