I strongly agree this has happened to me multiple times today I was 7-0 and my fire team were at match point when the lag kicked in and they pulled the game back without a struggle. I'm not jumping to conclusions I just feel it is highly possible that this is a case of cheating and I think that "cheaters" should have there accounts temporarily suspended and if reported multiple times after the suspension should be banned from pvp game modes for a couple of months at a time

well it happened to many of us so I feel you.... and that's what BUNGIE announced about his BAN policy but it does not seem they applied those sentences.... because Lag switch users are still very numerous. I think their number is increasing because they fear no punishment from BUNGIE PvP is a jungle full of outlaws there is no sheriff in town....

And bungie "listen to what there community have to say" it's a joke

"Bungie takes reports and game bans VERY seriously, and so they carefully research those reports against their server logs for actual shenanigans (cheating/exploits). If those reports and the investigation bear fruit, the cheaters will be dealt with." but they don't communicate on their BAN policy and figures how cheaters are dealt with? how many of them every week / every month? ... I guess we just have to believe BUNGIE's words with no doubt....
