Iron banner not dropping level 5 loot

Got to level 5 on my Titan last character and all I got was a 310 shel . My other 2 got armor when I retired to orbit. We're is my reward for the grind.

This happened on my second character too. Went to Orbit and then back to tower. Loot was waiting at the postmaster.
