You see, males are the warriors of the race, heeding from the northern waters of the planet. Meanwhile, the females, also called "Nymphs", come from the southern oceans. Their inauguration into the Order was treacherous, but they ultimately accepted diversity and joined. They are remarkable combatants and excellent Tacticians, and take a great pride in the Order's militant wing. Their tongues literally being the colour silver, the Ramuun had an aristocratic society built upon slave labour and treachery. That all changed when the heart of their empire, Romulus and Remus, was destroyed by a supernova. The remains of the Empire were divided into two. There was the Ramuun Republic, a collective of survivors wishing to attone for their ancestors' sins, and the Tal Shiar, final remnant of the Ancient way of life. Through their long civil war, the Republic joined the Order who then helped vanquish the Dogmatic rule of the Tal Shiar. They make excellent diplomats and have a particularly impressive Starship construction. The Advent are a distant cousin Race to Pyrrians who abandoned their brethren during the StarBorne Coalition, the formation of the Order.
