Can you get Nirwens Mercy from a drop?
Either post game rewards or package drop? Does anyone know or can confirm? I love that gun and would not mind 2 more

Not from a drop, only dropped items are what he is currently selling. You can get it from Rank 5 package.

I believe you can get it from rank 5 package. Supposedly drops will only come from what salad bar is selling during current IB. I do think class items will drop regardless.
