Same here. Fireteam work makes the great players on their squad really shine through. If you're doing your own thing and just getting captures and shooting foes my score is always higher.

A good example for me is by looking at my last 2 scores. Last night playing with my team 600 points This morning playing with randoms 3000 points. My play did not change that drastically except changing from a 1000 yd stare to an eirene sniper because I can get a second shot off a little faster. My team is fun to play with, but makes it hard to fill my bounties. Fireteam for wins, solos for bounties is what I've been doing the last 2 iron banners

600 points is abysmal. It may be your own skill that is the issue.
