Exotic Sword Quest
I was able to get the Raze-Lighter sword no problem on my Warlock. While leveling my Hunter I picked the Arc sword quest. I turned in my 25 Hadium flakes. I thought the next step was crucible kills. I went in and got 2 sword kills and nothing came up. I don't see a quest for the Arc sword anywhere. I haven't switched it between characters. Infused it to above 290. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You haven't upgraded the perk nodes :)
