Why doesn't bungie have a customer support number?

I'm having in game issues for almost 24 hours. I get kicked from every crucible match I play, I have a wired connection, my NAT type is open. There is nothing wrong on my end. All they want to do is send some BS trouble shooting guide which is not going to fix the in game problem. I need help I'm sick of not being able to play

  • Because they don't want to deal with it. And because they can/don't have to. Either that or they don't want to face the fact their game needs work in whatever area it is at the time. Sorry bungie, just speaking the facts.

  • Multi player functions in destiny are handled by pier to pier connection so that means you are connecting to someone else's console when you play I am sorry to tell you that 99% of connection issues are related to home network and ISP issues

Bungie doesn't have a contact number or email due to spam reasons. Please tell me which error codes you are experiencing! And it would be a great idea to contact your ISP and ask for an extensive examination of your internet and request an experienced representative.
