So if I'm not mistaking 5/6 neutral perks are [b][i][u]super reliant[/u][/i][/b] that means in order for you to see the full benefit of these perks you need your super. Which sucks ass now.

Which is a joke because it takes 2 hammers to kill most of the time
Charge shit attack- useless
Sun spot- pretty damn useless

Invisible- pretty good for sneaking up
Razors edge- lol obvious choice
Show stopper- shit
Blade dancer 2/3 are good
Sun bro 1/3

Fleet footed [b]not super reliant[/b]
QuickDraw [b]not super reliant[/b]
Shadow jack [b]not super reliant[/b]
Encore [b]super reliant[/b]
Stalker [b]not super reliant[/b]
Hungering blade [b]super reliant [/b]
Blade dancers have 4 very good neutral perks that can be used whenever
Now sun breakers
Flame seeker [b]super reliant[/b]
Explosive pyre [b]super reliant[/b]
Fleet fire [b]useless but not super reliant[/b]
Simmering flames [b]super reliant[/b]
Cauterize [b]super reliant[/b] worse than blade dancers due to the cool down
Fire keeper [b]super reliant [/b]
So sun bros have 0 neutral game because the only perk they have to help them out is 10 seconds faster sprint or reload after you get a kill with an ability.
Five out of six neutral perks rely on the super which is already garbage.
Bungie please change the sun breakers perks so they aren't as garbage as they are now.

I've played bladedancer for the past three months and maybe used my super 5 times because of [b][u][i]how bad it is[/i][/u][/b]. At blade sucks, so damn right bladedancers should have a good neutral game
