One team of 3, another team of 3 plus 2 randoms...
-Expectation: teams of 3+one random vs team of 3+one random.
-Reality: two teams of 3 vs 2 randoms for the whole game.
Ah! And my favorite one:
-one team of 3+one teams of 2 vs 3 randoms. And then another player... THE -blam!-ING GAME PUT THE PLAYER IN THE TEAM WITH THE 3 AND 2 TEAMS! So we spend 3 minutes 6 vs 2 without a new player.
