Iron banner light level drops
So I wanted to play iron banner on my hunter this time around, which sits at about 290 light. I want to get my hunter above 300 light, but U don't know how the RNG system works for IB. If my hunter is 290 light, could I still get 320 armor? Or will I be stuck with shitty 290 armor? If anyone knows that would be great
