Funny thing is, I have had better experience playing with randoms than in a fireteam. In a fireteam, there is always that one guy who keeps mouthing off and cussing, blaming everyone or everything else for his blunders, but himself. Sometimes, having no mic or not hearing anyone in the fireteam is good. It helps me focus more.
