Voted for Black Spindle, but with the right perks 1KYS can definitely beat it by a fair margin. Perfect DPS roll would be Triple Tap, Casket Mag, and Spray and Play. I don't think anything could beat that.

Not really, but it can output tons of damage before reloading.

I always use BS on Golgoroth but one of my 1k Stares has spray and play, that along with the raid arms in the aura on Warpriest and you barely notice a reload.
