How do you get the spectrum theory emblem???
So there's an emblem in the kiosk called the "spectrum theory"
It looks kinda cool and I'm wondering if anyone knows how you get it... Does she sell it or is there a way to earn it??

I'm assuming it's a random drop from Cryptarch. I just got it 2 seconds ago for turning rank 29 in Cryptarch. Lol
