MIDA Fixes

This gun is great, so I should just say that this is not a rant by any means. However, there are two main problems that need to get fixed with it. First off, the ^ needs to be adjusted so that the shots go to the top of the carrot. Why is it that the center mass is right in the middle of the legs? This keeps messing with me and it'd be nice if it worked correctly. Either move the point of impact, or move the scope reticle down a few mm. Secondly, Accuracy while jumping is absolute garbage. I don't think I own another rifle that behaves this horribly when you jump other than the sniper rifles which can't seem to hit the broad side of a barn when you move without looking down the scope. I've tested this pretty thoroughly in PVE because I thought I was just being terrible in PVP. Turns out I wasn't wrong. About 1 in 5 shots will connect with the target while jumping and aiming down the sight. Double that if you want to shoot from the hip. On the flip side, all of my pulse rifles will connect with the target with at least 2 shots out of the 3 every single trigger pull. Considering that it is harder to keep a scout rifle on target while jumping, this shouldn't even be a question as to if it should be implemented or not. Other than that, loving this thing so far. It looks like it's going to be a great PVP competitor. To anyone out there that hates the MIDA, remember that HALO only had ONE version of each type of the rifles that we use in Destiny as it's competitive medium. The skill should lie in the abilities of the player, not the performance of the gun.
