Should I betray The brotherhood of steel or the institute
Iby the way I was forced to kill the railroad... :-(
I chose brotherhood because the institute was the cause of the super mutants

5 RepliesBetray the Institute. The Brotherhood of Steel cares about the people of the commonwealth. They have not purposefully done anything to harm an innocent person. Besides if you listen to the people's opinion of the Institute it is very low. They want the Institute gone.

Brotherhood are probably the greyest faction in Fallout 4. There are so many differences between them and Lyons' Brotherhood (which were the exception to the rule). I personally don't support them in Fallout 4.

1 ReplyThe brotherhood is the only group putting itself out there to really help the commonwealth. They are the only group I see fighting the super mutants and raiders. Not even the minutemen do much. If it wasn't for my character doing *everything* for them they would be nothing. Railroad was okay up until the brotherhood show up and they lose their freaking minds about it. Hey the brotherhood doesn't even care about us but let's kill them all cause synths. ? Don't you have enough problems with the institute? You know the group you hate who the brotherhood showed up to fight. Idiots. Just stay under the radar and keep doing your railroad thing.

3 RepliesEdited by Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 12/29/2015 2:58:37 PMI went with neither of those. I went with the Minutemen. Stayed friends with the Railroad and didn't destroy the Brotherhood even though I don't like them. The Brotherhood are xenophobic hypocrites that try to control everything they can get away with. The Institute have no idea what they are doing and are in denial of what they are actually creating. The railroad is ok, but can be violent at times.

2 RepliesBetraying the brotherhood is not a good idea. If you do then you have to deal with the vertibird a and enemies in power armor.

You know at that annoying little 8 year old brats birthday party across the street from you and they had that balloon they wouldn't let go of? Imagine going at that balloon with a flamethrower. Choose institute.

2 RepliesId stick with the institute
since you become the "leader" so really you can look at it as you can make the institute the good people and help the everyone above ground, before you take over the world with your synth army lol
3 RepliesI popped Father's sorry ass with my silenced pistol the second after I finished talking to him and went on my way. No one was the wiser.

The Institute uses FEV just like The Unity and the Enclave
-
Hard save. Finish one story line then go back and do the other.
-
3 RepliesI went with the Brotherhood. The moment I discovered the hidden FEV lab in the Institute was an all too familiar feel. It reminded me of the Enclave and reveals the Institute is responsible for the super mutants in Boston. And I don't want to support a xenophobic group that pushes technology over the edge and creates havoc amongst the surface. The Institute sees the surface as lesser humans and believe it is doomed. The Brotherhood is proof that the surface is not doomed.

i enjoy the brotherood

3 RepliesBetray the Brotherhood, they are a bunch of power hungry hoarders who make themselves sound like a heroic group. The Institute actually is trying to advance humanity to the point where it will survive indefinitely.
But that's just my opinion
-
5 RepliesIf you're trying to get the railroad ending, betray the brotherhood. Other wise, join the brotherhood
