Okay, I'm going to start out with about my opinion on the 3 different classes and what is wrong with them. Having a utility class that specializes in working in fireteams. This is mainly a post for PvE, So don't stray too far from what I'm saying. For things I say about PvP - It is just my opinion and should be treated as such. Its just from what I've experienced. [spoiler]I'm also a Hunter, By the way.[/spoiler] [b]TITANS[/b] - I feel like Titans are pretty rounded for everything. They are by far the most balanced I've ever seen them. Generally , I see Titans using their sub-classes in PvE or PvP. Some I know, Use their sub-classes depending on what their doing. For example, My friend uses Striker in PvP, Sunbreaker when he is solo in PvE and Defender in fireteams of 3 or 6. Defender is the obvious utility sub-class, In which, I absolutely love. Defender seems to be the choice sub-class for many when it comes to raiding or doing anything regarding to helping other guardians. The buffs Defender can give are amazing and in dire times - Can save the team and make the improbability of surviving to very possible. Its saved my ass more than a few times. The only thing Titans struggle at doing is making orbs, Which it is possible to do under the right perks, Not many choose it. At the end of the day, A Titan is great to have in your fireteam regardless of what you're doing. [b]WARLOCKS[/b] - I'll be honest here. I don't know too much about Warlocks, But I know enough about them to see that they have almost no impact on a fireteam as far as abilities. If they did have a utility sub-class, I'd say it would have to be Sunsinger. I believe they have an abilities to be a good utility but I NEVER see them use it. I never see Fusion Grenade, I never see Song of Flame, and I never see Viking Funeral being used either. All I ever see is Fireborn. I can see why, Though, Its not because Warlocks don't want to use utility abilities - Its because the other utility sub-classes on Titan & Hunter already do the same thing. So I guess, An insurance policy on yourself with Fireborn is more applicable. WHICH, is why I propose Sunsingers to get better utility options like insta-rez or remote-rez when using their Super. It would be completely different from other classes and a game changing healer-based role. Awesome stuff. I just hear too much crap like, "So what do you play as?" "I'm a Warlock." "Oh....Okay." It shouldn't be like this. As for PvP, I feel like Warlocks are pretty well rounded and balanced for the most part. I hear individuals cry about Stormcaller often. I don't play as a Warlock and I don't have trouble taking Stormcallers down so I don't want to be involved. To me, Warlocks are just fine in PvP. They just need a better defined utility role for PvE. [b]HUNTERS[/b] - Okay... This is it. My class that I've played with since day 1. I don't have a problem with the PvP side of hunter. Hunters have always had the extra edge in PvP in the past and there is zero issues in PvP since Nightstalkers got the nerf we deserved. Nightstalker is an amazing utility class in PvE and it gives Hunters the ability to help the team. The only issue I have of now is just that Nightstalker outshines the old sub-classes. But maybe its because it still has that "New shiny" feel. Anyways, The amounts of orbs we can generate, courage of the pack, And the tether are amazing utilities to benefit the team. So really, To me, Titans and Hunters are looking better than they ever have. Warlocks need some changes to their utility class. What do you all think? More people, The better.
