I think this depends on the situation and the player. You would have to factor in how many shots you can get off in the given time, reload speed, how many critical hits landed, the Percs on the 1000 yard stare and also figure out the average of shots missed. To compare these 2 with a perfect round of dps is not realistic some times shots just miss and who ever says they never miss a crit on war priest is talking shit. as a human being we make mistakes from time to time.
