How do you counter MIDA in crucible?
Seeing the gun everywhere and I can't seem to counter it. Anyone know of any primaries that can compete to help?
Do NOT tell me to 'git good', no one likes trolls
And do NOT tell me to just use MIDA. Thats not a counter.

Auto rifles, ive been getting wrecked at close range and team fire. Like they're every-fing-where. Any medium to high rof auto will win if u have good aim

Get close. MIDA has a scope by default, hip fire accuracy on it is horrible, use an high rof AR, HC, or SG.

TLW first curse the chaperone, imo it's the players skill not the weapon, I got 23 kills with the test auto rifle and was wrecking with the test hand cannon

Cry to bungie for a nerf. That's what has happened to every single other weapon in destiny and explains why the mida is now good. It's pretty much the only weapon that has gone without a nerf since launch. On a serious note, getting up close helps. Mida is a scout with good rate of fire, does very well on medium to long range. It feels uncomfortable at close ranges though, that's where other weapons can outclass it.

Try a suros at about mid range. I use the pdx-45 and try to strafe. And or a swift sniper round to the skull usually stops them.

Choose your battles. If you get hit first chances are you will lose. So run and get better positioning. If they are a good distance away use your sniper. Go with a sniper with a higher rate of fire. The Eirene RR4 and the Glass Promontory are just a couple. Take the body shots. Two shots and done. The Mida isn't all that great. Dismantled mine for the shard. Yr1 and don't believe I'll waste my funds on buying a yr 2. It will eventually drop and be put in the vault until it's needed. I might run out of exotic shards again.
