How do you counter MIDA in crucible?
Seeing the gun everywhere and I can't seem to counter it. Anyone know of any primaries that can compete to help?
Do NOT tell me to 'git good', no one likes trolls
And do NOT tell me to just use MIDA. Thats not a counter.

Stay out of sight, get the first shot or let teammates back you up, have a bro on mic watch your back, use decent scout/pulse rifles. Suros Dis-47 always worked wonders for me.

Tlaloc, red death, zarinaea-d, bad juju, TLW...and that is just to name a few. Is not the weapon(mida is amazing), is the wielder of the weapon that can make a difference. Also you have to learn your weapons ideal range. Mida outside of its ideal range, is easy to outgun.

really the only option is to "git gud" it can be pretty hard to consistantly hit headshots with mida if your moving

Oh, I don't know... maybe figure out that you can shoot them just as well as they can shoot you. The MIDA has no additional damage, so it's all up to the simplicity of actually landing your shots. Sure, it makes the user move faster and staggers you a bit, but a little bit of aim correction every now and then is good for you; it keeps your skills sharp.

My reflection Sum beats it 9 of 10 times just have to work at it there's always a way.

Any Gun with 3rd eye and a high fire rate, a good example is the Eyasluna on my Warlock.

Any medium to high rate of fire pulse rifles. With good perks that is.

2 RepliesUse Mida with a shotty and machine gun and profit. Don't bother trying to counter that beast. Just use it until Bungie stealth nerfs it because at the moment no legendary scout can out perform it.

MIDA is just too good bro. I wouldn't say there is a gun that can counter it because people with it tend to strafe with it which makes it the beast that it is. I use it and the only time that I get killed while using it is if I'm double teamed, or get out-midaed. A good mida user knows when they can't win the battle so therefore flea and try to regenerate health.

2 RepliesWith literally any gun. Mida has always been balanced. Just because it's suddenly popular doesn't mean that it's unbalanced.

I only say that because I'm not at all great and I can sincerely say that I'm not at all having an inordinate amount of problem with countering the Mida with a variety of weapons. When I do lose out I usually just assume that the other guy was just better....or got the jump in me, or any other number if legit reasons. The bottom line though is that I simply don't even get killed by the Mida enough to for it to stand out in my mind. I'm honestly perplexed that this is even an issue.
