How do you counter MIDA in crucible?
Seeing the gun everywhere and I can't seem to counter it. Anyone know of any primaries that can compete to help?
Do NOT tell me to 'git good', no one likes trolls
And do NOT tell me to just use MIDA. Thats not a counter.

Edited by Mrmoney211: 12/26/2015 10:30:26 PMHere are some tips: 1. Get close, it's a long range gun and its hip fire accuracy isn't great. 2. If you can't get close, run away and re-group. 3. Jump and duck around, scouts require headshots to be effective. 4. Use a sniper. I hope this helps!

hacksaw " pulse rifle" works good for me

Hardlight, used it in rumble and had 22 kills and came in first. I suck at pvp.

get close mida is good on large maps and from a distance so jump use cover and instead of coming out the sides jump over the box doctrine of passing up close the Tolesto upsets people throws them off so they have to move like a grenade without using a grenade mid range wise the suros pdx45 pulse rifle has enough range to compete at midrange

Rush them and punch twice. Bones of Eao + Better Control + Switchblade No one ever seems to expect it.

Distance management. Depending on what you prefer to shoot. If you like range, out snipe them or out scout them. That would be a more campy style and watching the alleys that MIDA users would prefer. If you're a medium guy, I'd find corridors and pulse them. If you like to run and gun at close range, last word or your favorite auto with a shotgun. Know your maps and where MIDA guys like to sit. Grenade their area and rush/prefire the corners. THINK, I guess, is the real answer

Any high impact scout with explosive rounds. They can't see you 💯

First curse does more damage than thorn at nearly any range, they also completely ruin anybody's aim

Autos might be hard because of the range but you should win close range battles in theory. Boolean Gemini does okay from what I've heard but I haven't tried it. My autos and scouts are kind of lacking at the moment aside from exotics so I can't say much more than that. it just depends on your play style

You counter a MIDA with another MIDA. Simple as that.

Auto rifles up close and tbh I'm just good with hand cannons eyasluna imago loop, TLW (yeah I know it isn't difficult to be good with that lol)

At close range good aim with hand cannon, TLW or auto rifle can out gun MIDA also side arms can work. from far range scouts can do it or quick scope from sniper but depends on skill then.
