What free Xbox One games can be played Offline ???
I'm giving my nephew my old Xbox One for Xmas. He has no internet where he lives. I'm updating everything on the console right now, so he has the latest updates for all the games he'll be getting.
Are any of the free games in the Xbox Store playable offline? What are some good offline demos I could download?

I do not believe there are any free games that are offline playable.

I can't think of any. The vast majority of free to play games follow an always online model which allows the games to make money through different microtransactions. There are quite a few paid-for games that don't require an online connection, but no F2P ones.

Um idk much of the free games but there's a ton of great games that can be played offline
