We deployed 2.1.0 this morning which contained Sparrow Racing, Sandbox changes, and other various fixes. You can read about it in the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/News?aid=14094]patch notes[/url]. There were also a few other issues we are currently tracking.
-We are investigating an issue where they will sometimes not grant a reward when decrypted. [b]Exotic engrams should be decrypting properly now after the recent[/b] [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/News?aid=14178]Hot Fix.[/url]
-Your Iron Banner Ghost may have had a temporary makeover and appearing as red. We are working on a fix for this.
-We are aware that some players are unexpectedly being Returned to Orbit due to "Inactivity." We are investigating. Stay tuned for updates. If this is happening during SRL races try hitting a few extra buttons(Horn, thrusters,emotes) during the race.

5 RepliesWow this has just put an end to my destiny tolerance. Spending hours of my day to play this game to have my rewards lost in loading screens or my strange coins I was saving for Xur just disappear! I'm sick to death of waiting for destiny to deliver actual customer service. I have tried for the past 2 weeks to get somebody from Activision or bungie to help me recover these items and it is honestly the most stressful thing I have ever experienced. Knowing all the time I invest in the game is being lost with progression seeming impossible. The money I have put into the game when I hear that the u.s got the taken king for 10 dollars where as I payed £45. This is outright theft and lack of vital information available to UK customers is shocking. I am seriously considering taking legal action as I feel my time and money has been taken from me. All I have gained for my time and money nothing but stress and disappointment. Lost all trust in Activision and bungie. I will be seeking legal advice as I have a full paper trail of all my attempts to contact bungie and Activision for customer service without reply.
