Mida needs to be nerfed. You fire 4 times, the person feels it two times. Making it feel like a 2 shot quick kill.. Most of the time your killed by it, its from someone camping with the 1k aim assist and firing long range. By the time you feel the first shot to look where its coming from you're dead by it. It makes pulse rifles in their prime (messenger, hopscotch pilgrim) seem weak compared. Everyone wanted it back for a reason and this is the reason. Its over powering every other weapon in the game. I have gotten 2 pulse rifle bursts in people at close range and still die first, leaving them with 10%+ health. Same with mid range and long range you can't even damage people with a pulse rifle like you used to. If you do some research and look up weapons and how much they killed in the past month and half. Zhalo supercell had 8.86% kills (highest in the past month and half. This was before the update mind you. The pulse rifles in that time (this is when everyone was complaining) was only at 4.27% and it was the Nirwen mercy. Which was a great weapon, it should of been, it was earned. But everyone complained about it like a bunch of bitches cause they didn't earn one, but had the chance too. Now red death and hawksaw are the next weapons with most kills at 2.9 and 2.8%. And people said pulse rifles where OP Now if you look at when the update came out and in the past week. The mida is the weapon with the most kills at 4.72% while the hawksaw dropped down to 1.9% and the nirwen is at a staggering low of 1.3% (they nerfed the balls out of it) . They can't compete with mida. In a weeks time, The mida has more kills then the pulse rifles in a month and half time frame. Give it another week and it will be at 10%, the highest in any primary kill percentage. I know you guys love it, I would too if I was a camper and scout rifle user. But it needs a nerf or they need to put pulse rifles back where they were. Some hand cannons and auto rifles also need a buff. But there are some out there that are strong as hell. I say Buff the other weapons.. It makes the game play more fun and fast paced if everyone is dying quickly and not by one weapon only.

Why don't people get that Exotics will always win a firefight against other gun tiers. If you compare your SUROS to your Khvostov, what's the point in having Exotics?

I'm curious what the crucible would be like if every weapon that was nerfed was back at its prime. Ex: Suros meta, Vex meta, hand cannon meta, and fusion rifle meta.

Am I the only one that thinks Inward Lamp is significantly better than MIDA? Ttk with Lamp is faster to me. Takes an extra shot, but fires twice as fast. It's also much more fogging when you miss a shot.

Ahm, why are people going "NOW MIDA USERS ARE GOING TO WRECK EVERYONE ELSE OMG WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?" ... because it's exotic? ._. Destiny's system is a hierarchy as far as gear goes, with plenty of wiggle room to progress forward. Naturally, if you gave one of two players the MIDA and the other a Not Like The Rest, the one with the MIDA would win significantly more often assuming that the players are on equal skill levels. Don't like it? Play CoD or something, as their guns all have specialties and can trump one another simply based on the skill of the player.

The hat reference is kinda funny. There was a gun in the first Modern Warfare that had an almost identical reticule on the ACOG scope. When I got a particularly satisfying headshot, I'd say, "Put on your hat!" God, that was ages ago.
