I have tried to be squeaker friendly when it comes to raids but after tonight... "Argh!!!!"
Am I alone in this?
What can the Squeaker community do to help themselves as most people I've ran into leave squeaker groups? Help me help them!
What do squeakers do that drive you crazy?

3 RepliesThere's been a rise in squeakers joining my lfg groups lately, probably due to winter break. I also try very hard to cooperate with them, but they make it difficult. They talk, non-stop! If they aren't talking, they start singing! They try to take over leading, then cause us to wipe in the process. They brag about their skills but cause us to wipe while attempting to show off. They scream at the smallest surprises. I thought my motherly instincts and patience would kick in when squeakers join. Never have I been so wrong....

Edited by ImDaBeInEr: 12/23/2015 4:37:58 AMWell squeakers Are controlling rude( really rude ) cant accept their mistakes And other things Not to mention they have to leave early and ruin the game

1 ReplyI'm 13. I have a semi-deep voice and don't talk about all that annoying crap. Most LFG groups think I'm 15. Would you guys allow me in your group?

Edited by Undying Serpent: 12/23/2015 5:14:21 AM
What can the Squeaker community do to help themselves as most people I've ran into leave squeaker groups?
Don't talk so much, especially during moments when everyone needs to focus.

What can the Squeaker community do to help themselves as most people I've ran into leave squeaker groups?
Stop playing the game.

Y'know, I used to think a squeaker was one of those controllers that makes a squeaky sound whenever you press a button, and when people talked about squeakers, I said, "Yeah, those pieces of crap are so cheap and annoying." Sorry to any squeakers that I may have accidentally offended! Merry Christmas!

I am Younus but I opt to only speak when necessary. If a team has a strat that I don't do well I'll do I anyway. No need to over implicate a situation when it's a simple strategy. Not talking and not causing problems equals completion

1 ReplyEdited by Distortedpanda: 12/22/2015 1:42:55 PMI've played several raids where they take charge with no prior experience to the activity. When Xmas kids got destiny in year one I taught Hella people how to vault and several times did some squeaky voiced douche claim he can run relic when this is there first run. Just because you watched a YouTube video and know what they did doesn't mean you can do it, that shits the worst.

Unwillingness to listen is the biggest issue for me. I'm all ears if you have a good idea, but when it's not working, it's time to listen to others.
-
They think they know stuff. But in reality they dont
-
Tell me about all they do is tell everybody what to do even though everyone knows how to do it -_-
-
Talk.

There was a Squeaker on my first king's fall raid who was telling the guys who already has the ToM that they needed o shoot oryx when he opens his chest
-
They love to talk over someone already talking.

Edited by PumpMelon: 12/23/2015 4:08:06 AMI was in a raid group, mostly good folks. We joked around, didn't get mad, just mainly had fun. But then, our squeaker joined. He had a Kinect mic, as if it wasn't bad enough. So we carried on, doing daughters hm and he would yell and tell us pointless shit we didn't care. He'd say 'My bones of eao are 299' but he yelled it. He is also contradicted the whole team about if the plates order was messed up. When he left, we all were happy and we cheered. Ended up beating daughters the run after he left. Edit: Forget to mention, when doing daughters he would constantly yell "GET YOUR SNIPERS!!! SNIPERS!!" very very often. We made fun of it later and mimicked him, it was funny.

Umm strong bad is that really you? You uhhh look a bit different then normal... how trogdor and the rest of homestarrunner doing?
-
Squeakers in Trials - Immediately getting sniped because they poke their head out in high traffic areas. "Oh Mai effing gawd broooo, rez me already! What the freak are you dewing!?" :O Me (with my ghost out) - Uhhhh, hold that thought, I just remembered I don't want to be here right now.

Other than the kids themselves, they usually have parents who can tell them to get off at inconvenient times.

Edited by DarkRaptor839: 12/23/2015 5:04:26 AMAll they have to do to be tolerable is to SHUT UP. Nobody wants to hear your life story. Nobody wants you to recite every calcified fragment card from memory. I'll raid with "squeakers" if they only speak when necessary. I can't stand raiding with anyone who won't stop talking. Sometimes the fireteam wants to hear each other.

exist as minors. me and the rest of the adults I associate with have no interest spending free time communicating with minors. plus it's creepy to a degree
-
Because the majority of them are immature and don't follow directions well. I'll help you through a raid if you don't know strategies but don't just run off and die and blame it on everyone else when I told you to sit on a plate.
-
I can usually deal with their voices, but it's the fact they rage so much, get distracted so easily, and play around too much.
-
Constantly talking, trying to say their ideas are better than anything we do, they yell and scream at every little thing that happens, somehow have a worse mouth than me (and I'm bad usually), they say your name over and over until you or someone else says something, they usually don't have a lot of time to play from their school so they end up having to go mid raid attempt, they always have yelling and screaming in the background of their mic, they are usually incompetent in their play style. I could go on for much longer but it would make my phone die.
-
They are bloody annoying and non stop chatting when I'm trying to relax after a long day. Same reason I don't like going to pg movies in a non 18+ theater.
-
3 RepliesBecause they tell me what they got 7 months ago for their birthday.

They sound annoying af
