No she's not. You really think while Han and Leia are waxing poetic about losing their son they wouldn't say anything to their daughter? You think they wouldn't go pick her up off Jakku? She's a Skywalker from Luke. For further proof when Kylo Ren is force cracking Reys mind Ren says "I can see the ocean, I can see the island." Guess where Luke was at? On an island, in the ocean. How could she know that unless she had been there? Rey is Lukes daughter.
