Majority of actual gamers are great on all sides of the "war". Let me explain, the majority of my friends at school own an Xbox One and always tell me how it's so much better than the PS4. What makes me laugh at them is that they only play games such as Fifa, CoD, and GTA. None of them like Halo as "it's shit and the controls are weird"... so how can they tell me that the PS4 is bad when they only play games that may run SLIGHTLY better on it? (no hate, the difference is incredibly small and normal people probably can't notice it) Casuals really have no idea what they are talking about. Slightly more passionate gamers who take advantage of their console exclusives on the other hand are great. I know for a fact Halo is not "shit" as my casual friends say, and Xbox fans will probably back me up on this. They will probably also be interested on what I can play on the PS4. My friend who is a massive fan of Dark Souls was upset that she couldn't play Bloodborne, but wished that I had fun with it, and I did. We then had discussions about the games and compared them without any console "war" crap. Basically what I am saying are most people who game out of passion as opposed to casual use (not that that is a bad thing) care more about the games as opposed to the console. This may be completely different for you, but from my experience that is the difference.

Why can't you use coherent sentences and complete thoughts to articulate your point? If this is about Kojima, it's cool. I would have been surprised if he hadn't gone to Sony for his first game ( he is an independent Dev now and can make a game for whoever he wishes). It would have been cool to see a multi plat but personally It doesn't bother me since I don't play his games and let's be honest, he has been making one franchise for a long time and he got a pass on what is really an almost incoherent story. I guess we will see in 5 years when it's a launch title for PS5

1 ReplyI will say as an owner of both current gen consoles that I have zero interest in Hideo Kojima making exclusive games for PS4, he's not the best known designer IMO so I would real that in a bit man.
