Wife turned off ps4 during trials..
So there I am 6-0 on my first trials card and up 3-0 into the next match when all of a sudden my wife just walks in and turns my ps4 off and then looks up and says "you have 20 min to get ready" like what she did didn't just screw over the two kids I was trying to go flawless with. Needless to say I have a 6-0 card with my mercy now used by dropping out of the match if two kind people would like to help me go flawless when I get back from my wife's work Christmas party. It would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: still at the party..but feel that a lot of you misunderstand. After I explained to her what she did she felt bad about it. And she didn't turn it off out of anger she just wanted me to get ready..
Edit: also I have a successful career which provides for my wife and I. she only works because she enjoys it. So for those of you saying I have no balls or that I should abuse my wife need to become a little more mature. If you actually had a successful relationship you would know it's give and take. And a real man would never hit a woman period.
Lastly I just thought it was an interesting situation that some fellow guardians could relate to and see if anyone wanted to help me finish my card sometime. Take care fellow guardians.

I must say that if you are looking for any type of mature feedback go to reddit r/Destinythegame. You will find some people on here with legitimate feedback, but they are few, and far between I'm also shocked that you didn't get a loss on your card. Good luck on the next run.

One thing I enjoyed doing was when I had a newborn I would make a deal to feed the baby and change the diapers through the night just to knock out some trials/iron banner/raids. On the weekends of course lol

Does she give you a pat on the back and a good boy sticker when you finish your veg on your dinner? I am not saying abuse her or anything but it sounds like (by the way you speak) she has you well under the thumb. You seem like a real level headed dude. Let me know if you want to play trials, I'm always down. That sucks though. Me and my buddies were 5-0 and just got the victory end match kill when one of them got kicked from the server. His connection is solid so I don't know why that happened but it didn't register his win AND it gave him a loss.

4 RepliesIn your edit you state a man should never hit a woman. There is an exception to that if you truly believe in equality. If she hits you first, she gets a warning making it very clear to her that the one hit was her only free pass. She does it again? Head through the dry wall, no exceptions. I have no patience for that shit.

Lol I'm no good at trials so I probably can't help but I feel you man. my wife is the same way. If we got places to be the game goes off lol don't matter if I'm on oryx or in trials or about to finish first in srl. Real life is more important and sometimes I forget that when I'm playing destiny, that's why I love her lol she keeps me on track when I vear off course lol plus she's a freak in the sack ;-) Sorry about losing that free loss but good luck on the last 3 wins.
