Shadestep is a perk in your NIGHTSTALKER subclass therefore it is only available for NIGHTSTALKER the perk provided by twilight garrison is not in any of the Titan subclasses it is just a perk a good example of this is the khepri stings. They work on all subclasses u know why? Because the crouch invisible perk on khepris is not called stalker like the one from blade dance it is called touch of venom wich again is not a perk in any of the subclasses therefore works on all subclasses.
