Uh because the Graviton unlocks a perk and the Garrison's dodge is armor bound?
I mean it's pretty simple deduction.
Not saying Hunters shouldn't get the same thing, just saying it is kind of obvious.

/Kepri's sting doesn't unlock a perk, it adds a new effects At least it did in year one. Read again.

Yeah the perk is called Stalker on Bladedancer. I should know since mine is maxed out. It's not the same perk on Kepri's sting.
