I never said Shadestep will ruin PvE. What I'm saying is that Bungie does not buff parts of the game to put them on par with other parts. They buff aspects that they nerfed too much earlier. Example, auto rifles, shotguns, fusion rifles. Those weapons used to be absolute beasts early on. They were complained about so much that Bungie nerfed the shit out of them so they were not used anymore. In an attempt to balance the game again, Bungie buffed them. Shadestep will not get a buff. If anything, Twilight Garrison will be nerfed.
