Because Titan's aren't inherently fast, besides, it's only works in midair, everyone's options in mid-air aren't amazing, and I can kill a shadesteping Hunter as easily as a Twilight Garrison Titan so I don't really see the problem

Why should I be bothered that you can't kill them? For me they all go down the same, so I'm not sure what the issue is. And no Titan aren't that quick, and air dashing isn't that amazing, it you could use it on the ground, then I'd have a problem
