Should also mention some tips on keeping it together, as it is a constant-pressure/grind challenge with no room for error:
- Platform holders 1 & 2 should jump up to titan bubble as soon as they kill their knight to avoid death. They are also handy as backup for knight 4 (plat 3 probably has no time to jump up, but get blessings if applicable anyway)
- Kill all ads from the aura after staggering Oryx ... and keep on killing them until Oryx goes back to front or they will overrun the shade
- In shade, draw Oryx to outer edge when he slams his sword so that he doesn't get your incoming teammates
- At bomb time (after third shade) ... to ensure they all go off:
-- KNOW which 4x bombs you are detonating or you will have wasted all of that time!
-- kill centurions and acolyte eyes front and back before going to bombs (you have about 20 seconds of spare time, but take only about 10 just in case!).
-- bomb runners should all go to their bombs, but don't breach bomb perimeter ... 3-2-1countdown to all breach bomb perimeter at once
-- move left/right back/forth just a bit in CENTER to ensure you get all 4x bombs if they are not perfectly on top of each other
If you for some reason want to get the bombs before killing adds, a tether to front/back adds clusters does the trick, or just go for it and don't get killed until after you detonate! You only need a few people to run up front to finish him off anyway.
Alternatively, you can run the titans down bottom center with blessing & weapons bubbles on top of each other. This speeds up downing ogres but is not as easy for some to snipe those knights.
NOTE: I would not recommend purposefully taking knights nearest your platform, because that requires platform holder 1 to wait for death of ogre 2 and spawn of knight 2, giving less time to get to the titan bubble and safety. Take them if opportunity arises, but focus on the knight cross corner nearest opposite platform.

After 4+ hours I ended up completing the Oryx challenge mode with a random LFG pairing that was honestly one of the best LFG match-ups I've had in a while. Mind you it took four iterations to get to that with a bunch of kids dropping out but when our team was finally set we learned some hard lessons I'd share in addition to the ones you've provided: - You really do need to do this run in four tries; we had a time where we missed a bomb and had to do a fifth and then sixth try and Oryx enrages by the time you hit the sixth cycle. So, if you don't end up getting a drop of 16 after three shades our screw up before then you may just want to wipe. - 1000 yard stare or another sniper rifle with significant impact is a must--you have to stagger the ogres or else they'll move and spawn all over the map so you need to kill them where they stand. - In the vein of the normal knight strategy make sure whoever runs the relic has a sword and can be responsible for taking out the vessel. Before that the vessel would run free and we'd kind of forget about him (it?) so having the relic runner damage the vessel as much as possible is a very good thing. - The two people in the center should work from the middle and not from one or the other daughter's platform--that way they can take on ogres much easier and find the fourth light eater knight versus try to do it on top. - Collision detection for the light eater knights seems overly aggressive. We had two times where a light eater knight got close to a bomb but we killed them before they ate the light. But, go into the middle and stagger Oryx and then those bombs would be gone so don't let the knights get even close to the orbs. As far as the biggest learning we had two runs where we detonated 16 orbs at once but Oryx didn't get consistent damage. Once someone (me, sadly) died even though I detonated all orbs and my bombs didn't seem to count and another everyone got back in the bubble but still Oryx only lost 75% of his health. So, when you detonate: 1. Whoever is relic runner should continue to shoot Oryx even after stagger for all four rounds, everyone else can handle ads. 2. Kill ads before going out and do the countdown as Atreides Spawn mentions. 3. When detonating bombs everyone has to get back alive. When we did steps #1 and #3 and the #2 step as just good advice we finally finished the challenge. The timing itself will take an hour or so to get down but then we had two hours of failed runs including two 16 bomb detonations before we finally all said "the hell with this, last run everyone" which then of course we completed successfully. Should have said "last run everyone" two hours earlier...

I find that titans up top killing ogres with ToM is sufficient to drop them where they stand and also allows ample time to kill knight 4 and knight 3 if pedestal 3 fails. Then jumping down to help relic runner with vessel if still standing works well.
