Before you low lives complain you need to know what aim assist really is.
Aim Assist or Aim Assistance is the amount of slow down your crosshair will have when you hover over an enemy. Higher the ranged weapon stat is the greater aim assistance your weapon has and the more slow down you will have when you cover over an enemy.
As you heard in the planet destiny video above, aim assistance on snipers has no bullet magnetism neither does it have an increased hit box size, well it has an unnoticeable and not really needed one. So all aim assist does on snipers is slows the reticle down over the target. It is like some of you inbreds think 'homing bullets' exist! Lmao.
However primary weapons aim assist has 2 useful features too it, reticle slow down like the sniper and the hit box is increased.
Anyway back to snipers, a lot of kids on this forum complain like spoilt little shits about the 'one thousand yards of aim assist' otherwise know as the 1000 yard stare, the legendary vanguard sniper. Anyway it turns out that 1K yrd stares AA isn't the highest!
This list is popular TTK legendary snipers aim assist. Can get slightly higher with certain perks and scopes. (Minimum/maximum)
Weylorans march (54/94)
Tao Hua Yuan (11/51)
Stillpiercer (41/56)
Eriene RR4 (21/21)
Defiance of Yasmin (69/69)
Antinomy XVI (69/69)
1000 yard stare (31/71)
As you can see the 1K yard stare is no where near the highest aim assist value, so thus making your Nerf posts irrelevant, have a great Christmas, don't forget to bump this to let the ignorant understand! Thank you!
