What makes 1000 yard stare so good?
I dont understand. The perks are normal. But I think its because of the high impact, or the aim assist? I really don't know.

High enough impact to res snipe with good scopes and decent AA... All other ttk high impact snipers either have crap scopes or next to 0 AA.
