Are you using the elite controller with the hair trigger turned on? If so, turn it off for racing.

Hm, not sure for ps4. Hitting all the gates? If you miss just one, it pulls you down in speed to about that or worse.

All the gates mate yes. I mean even off the start line im behind. Shame i can't just enjoy it. All good. Will keep trying

Yea. Hope you figure it out. I even have to hug all the turns and use the right trigger fast to hard turn when I need to. Saves seconds sometimes. Don't know why it would keep you that slow hitting all the gates though. Good luck.
