Can you cheat in SRL? (Venus in 4 minutes flat)
I just raced with a guy who got 4 min and 17 sec on Mars and 4 min flat on Venus. I have never seen times like those in all my races. Has any one else seen times like those? I feel like he is cheating. I could be wrong and he is just really good.

Learn to turn. There is a trick to racing and it is indeed possible to get those time, done it myself. Remember to boost to the side as your turn your screen around the corner. It can sling shot you.

It is possible to take the first sharp turn (where the Fallen Captain is) without letting off the gas by using a side boost. Another side boost helps aim you out the tunnel. Three sideboost course corrections get you past the swerving before the two Hydras. The rest of the course is a chance to restore fuel with tricks. The first and only trick that decides your success is breaking away from the pack.

I got 4th place with a time of 4.01.xx.. on Venus.... You have to hit the angles right and never let off the gas, hitting at least every other gate. I've seen guys getting 3.45.xx range... the slower times usually have bumper cars like feel though out the race or they let off the gas and miss a lot of gates are go out of their way to get a gate that in reality slowed them down.

Imagine racing by yourself the entire time. These guys set that up and on top of that they race it hundreds of times. They know every possible way to shave hundredths of seconds off their time. It's not all that unlikely. Even racing others, if you can break out of the pack you have an easy shot at awesome times.

The record on ps4 for Venus is 3:52 apparently. No idea how that's possible.

I have done a high 4.08 on venus, saw a 4.01 in a seperate race. I have no clue how they did it, must have had all great bounces

Done 4:15 Mars and 4:05 Venus. Also saw someone do a 4:03 Venus. In the quest for rank 3 srl class, you learn a few things

I saw a guy do 4.05 on venus my fastest is 4 . 13 . I dont think its cheating its all about perfecting every corner , hairpin etc knowing the track inside out doing it over and over . People just have different skill to get a time like that you cant play bumper car thats for sure .
