Bungie did state that the gally worked as intended,was supposed to be OP as hell. Not there fault that a bunch of idiots ruined it for the rest of us.During the "bad time" which was TDB area(Crota raid) you did not even need everyone to have a Gally,2-3 Gally's was all that was needed.My raid team never required it,sure we all had it but when we needed a random or two we did not require them to have it.Any RL with tracking was good enough.
