Does anyone else what the SLR armor to have defense value?

I mean the helmet does but I am quite fond of the equipment itself it makes the player look sleek and pretty badass with the right shaders and mix. Even if it has 3 defense value and we have to infuse from there I think it would look badass!! Anyone agree?

I've posted this numerous places, will give summary here again: They're racing suits designed specifically for Sparrow Racing. Like say, what's a Racecar driver or motorcycle racer wear? A jumpsuit with a helmet. There are 4 suits you can get for free by playing, and they can be worn by any class. Gloves + chest + legs = full suit Bright, Jade Rabbit, Racing, Circuit The circuit is rewarded as quest steps for SRL, and a 3 light helmet is the final reward. It does not take shaders. Bright, Jade Rabbit and Racing drop in level packages from Holliday, and should give you something you don't have each package. Eventually, using multiple characters is the best way, you can collect full suits. There are matching helmets for each of these suits for each class that drop as rewards at the end of SRL races randomly, with light ranges determined by your SRL reputation rank. It's not combat armor for whatever reason, and it doesn't appear it will be. All the perks are for racing sparrows, where the helmets you can switch to a non-racing perk node for use as armor... I am only missing the Jade Rabbit Gauntlets and will have all 4 full sets, it's a cool thing to have racing jumpsuits, but they were introduced on the fly and never explained. This is everything I've pieced together. Edit: As Alpha mentioned below, The Momentum Set is another racing suit that is part of the infamous book from Eververse. The book awards one set of armor and a helmet for each class. I don't have it and am not purchasing it, so can't provide any more info on it.

      • Nah, because it would be "pay to win"

      • Yeah, the racing gear does kind of have a ninja look to it, especially if you walk around with a sword. However, we would need to make sure the lore explains that the material of the gear is highly advanced or something. Otherwise it would make fighting the likes of Oryx unbelievable.

        • No because then technically it would be pay to win. Which this game is right on the line with that.
