I've been having issues where is do the raid and pop a 3 of coin and I'd see an exotic drop and then not get it. This is the 5th one now. Post master doesn't have anything either. I've made a post and comment about this and no response

If you don't fully return to orbit after an activity (say, change characters instead), items can be lost, and not delivered to the postmaster.

I didn't do anything different? I just waited for the game to be over checked my inventory and then went to they post master and nothing
