you get a random sparrow drop kit when completing the main SRL quest line. this means you can get at least 3 if you do it on all characters. and if you dont have three you can make more because you only have to be lvl 5 to participate.

Not true, at least in my experience... 1st S license (with titan) = received a [u]sparrow kit[/u] 2nd S license (with warlock) = received a [u]horn kit[/u] 3rd S license (with hunter) = received a [u]horn kit[/u] So yeah I think they are only willing to give away one sparrow and are going to force you to pay for the chance at the rest
